We are 1.25
miles from the rail station.
We are 2 miles from the city centre.
We are a strictly no smoking establishment.
Our cancellation policy is 7 days prior
to arrival. If you cancel after this time, and the
room is not re-let, you will be charged for at least
1 night stay.
We do no charge extra for using a credit
or debit card.
If you are unable to secure the room with
a credit/debit card then a 1night stay deposit a cheque will
be required.
We do not serve evening meals or serve alcohol.
We do have a small lounge for guests use.
We have car park for 5 cars.
You can get from the city or railway station
to us by the Citi 3 bus route.
Checkout time is 10.30am.
You do not have to vacate your room
if you are staying more than one night.
We do not have phones in the room but do
have a payphone in the guests lounge.
We do allow dogs in our two ground floor
rooms and of course guide dogs in any room ,but no other
animals.
We do take children and babies.
We do not have cots or high chairs.
We do cater for vegetarians and
Vegans but please note we do not exclusively cater for vegetarians
and Vegans.
Breakfast is served between 07.15hr - 09.00hr
Mon to Fri 07.30hr Sat 08.00hr - 09.30hr Sun
We do not yet take Euros
We do not take company cheques.
We do not take
travellers cheques.
We do not change foreign currency.
We do not have a curfew time as all guest
get a front door key and are free to come and go as they
please.
